HOUSING BOND LOAN PROGRAM (HBLP)

AFFORDABLE HOUSING MULTIFAMILY DEVELOPMENT

 As of March 15, 2024, Palm Beach County is hereby canceling RFP HED.HBLP.2024.2 in accordance with Section 2(I) of the RFP. 

We plan to reissue the Affordable Housing RFP HED.HBLP.2024.5 next week.​

​Palm Beach County is making funds available to Developers for the creation of Affordable Housing units to expand the local inventory of Multifamily Rental Housing Units for Housing to serve households with incomes no greater than 80 % of Area Median Income. Full details are contained in the RFP.

To obtain a copy of RFP HED.HBLP.2024.2, complete the RFP registration form located at: HED.HBLP.2024.2.pdf.​ A non-mandatory pre-submittal workshop will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at 2:00 pm via Zoom – access information is provided in the RFP document. The deadline for submittal of proposals in response to the RFP is Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 4:00 pm.
